ORDER PROCESSING

If the ordered item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3 business days after the payment is received. If the item needs to be produced please allow up to 2 weeks for production.

During the autumn and winter seasons production may take up to 3 weeks.

Customers will be informed about the production progress and will receive a tracking number upon request.

DELIVERY METHODS

Latvia

-        Personal collection free of charge by prior arrangement at Cesu street 33 (2nd floor), Riga.

-        “Omniva” parcel locker delivery – €3,00, delivery time 1–3 business days.

-        Orders over €150 – free delivery within Latvia.

Lithuania, Estonia

“Omniva” parcel locker – €5, delivery time 3–5 business days.

  Orders over €200 – free delivery.

European Union

Registered mail via “Latvian Post” – €10 - €15, delivery time 3–7 business days.

Orders over €250 – free delivery.

Available delivery options and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Other Countries

Registered mail via “Latvian Post” – €15-€25, delivery time 5–14 business days,

or Express Delivery

EMS Latvia – €25, delivery time 4–6 business days.

Available delivery options and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Additional Courier Options

Delivery via DHL, UPS, DPD or other courier services can be arranged upon request. Additional costs are covered by the customer.

For some international destinations, delivery may take more than 14 business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are correct. When your order arrives, kindly check that the item corresponds to what you ordered (such as the model, size, colour and other relevant details). If you notice any issue, discrepancy or defect, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
