ORDER PROCESSING

If the ordered item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3 business days after the payment is received. If the item needs to be made to order please allow up to 2 weeks for production.

During the autumn and winter seasons production may take up to 3 weeks.

Customers will be informed about the production progress.

DELIVERY METHODS

Latvia

-        Free collection in person by prior arrangement at Cēsu street 33 (2nd floor), Riga.

      Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker. Delivery fee: €3.00. Delivery time: 1–3 business days.   

      Courier delivery. Delivery fee: €5.00. Delivery time: 1–5 business days.  

      For orders over €150.00, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is free of charge.

Lithuania, Estonia

      Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker. Delivery fee: €5.00. Delivery time: 3–5 business days.   

      Courier delivery. Delivery fee: €10.00. Delivery time: 3–5 business days.  

      For orders over €200.00, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is free of charge.

European Union

Registered delivery via Latvian Post. Delivery fee: €10.00. Delivery time 5–10 business days.

Courier delivery. Delivery fee: €25.00. Delivery time: 5–8 business days.  

For orders over €250.00, registered delivery via Latvian Post is free of charge.

Other Countries

Registered mail via “Latvian Post” – €15.00-€25.00, delivery time 5–14 business days,

or Express Delivery

EMS via Latvian Post – €25.00, delivery time 4–6 business days.

Additional Courier Options

Delivery via DHL, UPS, DPD or other courier services can be arranged upon request. Additional costs are covered by the customer.

For some international destinations, delivery may take more than 14 business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and correct contact information. Upon receiving your order, please check that the item matches your order, including the product model, size, colour and other relevant details. If you notice any discrepancy or defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
