REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. General Information

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on https://mattilde.lv and is operated by Orheja, Ltd (hereinafter – the Seller).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:
– be unused and undamaged;
– be returned in original packaging;
– include all original labels and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is required due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
– digital gift cards once delivered electronically;
– used or damaged products;
– sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

9. Delivery Issues

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier services, or force majeure events.

For shipments outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
