Production, Delivery & Returns
Production
If the ordered item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3 working days after the payment is received.
If it needs to be produced, please allow us 1-2 weeks to complete the order or. During the autumn and winter season order completion may require up to 3 weeks. We will keep you informed on the production progress.
Delivery
Delivery within Latvia will be provided by Omniva free of charge.
For the EU ordersFlat Rate of 7€ will be added to the invoice.
For the delivery to other than EU countries (for ex., USA) additional 15€ will be added.
Omniva Packomat (www.omniva) is used mainly for Latvia and other Baltic states. For other EU countries Latvijas Pasts (www.pasts.lv) is used.
DHL, UPS, DPD or other courrier services is also an option upon client’s request, costs covered by the client.
Returns
Returns & Refunds are to be considered individually by contacting us on mattilde@mattilde.lv.
Returned items should not be worn, washed or damaged otherwise.
Postage costs of a returned item will not be covered.
